OSC entered into a settlement agreement with Kim Hoang Coffee and Fast Food. An investigation found that the restaurant improperly rejected valid work authorization documents when re-verifying an individual's employment authorization and also asked non-U.S. citizens to produce specific documents to establish work authorization.
