New Civil Surgeon Form I-910

Starting on March 11, 2014, USCIS will implement a new process to receive and adjudicate applications for civil surgeon designation centrally at the National Benefits Center. Revised Form N-400

Revised Form N-400 – As part of its form improvements initiative, USCIS has revised Form N-400, Application for Naturalization. The revisions to Form N-400 provide USCIS with additional tools to make important eligibility determinations, present customers with clearer instructions, and incorporate technology that improves efficiency and accuracy for both USCIS and our customers. Customers may continue to use previous versions of the form for a 90-day transition period. On Monday, May 5, 2014, USCIS will no longer accept older versions of Form N-400.

Bob Worsley Proposes $30 Million U.S.-Mexico Border 'Virtual Fence'

PHOENIX, Feb 18 (Reuters) - Arizona could spend $30 million to construct a "virtual fence" to ensure the federal government is securing the U.S.-Mexico border from drug smugglers and illegal immigrants under a measure that has narrowly advanced in the state legislature.

State Senator Bob Worsley has proposed putting 300 watch towers, complete with the latest technology, to put what he called extra "eyes on the ground" capable of watching over the roughly 350 miles (563 km) of border Arizona shares with Mexico.

"People in my state don't trust what the federal government is telling us when it comes to border security," said Worsley, a Republican. "This is a way to verify what we're being told."
