USCIS Extends Comment Period on DACA Form I-821D

USCIS issued a 30-day extension for public comments on Form I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. Comments are now due on May 5, 2014. USCIS also provided revised forms and instructions based on the first round of comments.
